According to AllHipHop.com, Jay-Z will perform at an Inauguration concert in Washington D.C. on January 19, 2009 (the day before the inauguration). The show will take place at The Warner Theatre, 1299 Pennsylvania Ave NW.Tickets for the event go on sale January 9 @ 10AM at Ticketmaster, Livenation.com and the Warner Theatre Box Office.
